A primer for use on paper, cardstock, chipboard, wood, metal and other surfaces.
Directions: Apply to a dry surface by using a palette knife, paint brush, sea sponge, texturing tool, or other similar tools. Add coloured pigments such as Colour Blast Shimmer Dusts or Colour Blast Mica Powders. Use only a small amount of these pigments and mix to a consistency suitable for your project.
Flexible, water-based, non toxic, archival safe.
Warning: Not for use under 12 years of age without adult supervision. Do not eat. Do not inhale. Wash hands after using this product and avoid contact with eyes. If you get this product in your eyes, wash your eyes out and seek immediate medical attention.
